The Fair and Expo Center is one of Western New York's largest multi-purpose facilities. Because we're located at the juncture of Interstate 90 and 390, in Henrietta, NY, the Fair and Expo Center provides a hub that is unique. Whether you're interested in pulling from Monroe County, the Genesee and Finger Lakes Region, Western NY, New York State or the World, the Fair and Expo Center can host your event. We've hosted concerts, conventions, meetings, trade shows, banquets, consumer shows, outdoor expositions, sporting events and more. The Fair and Expo Center is just eight miles from the center of Rochester, NY. We're only minutes away from area motels, hotels, restaurants, and the Greater Rochester International Airport.

Dome Arena

The 25,000 sq. ft air-conditioned clear span auditorium/arena contains 2,164 permanent seats. With additional theater seating on the floor, it will accommodate a total of 4,700 people and banquets of up to 2,000 people. Floor load is unlimited. The upper level contains three meeting rooms with seating for 250, 75, and 50. Dressing rooms, a central box office, concessions and catering services are also available.

Minett Hall

Located next to the Dome Arena, and connected to it by an enclosed walkway. Minett Hall offers an additional 23,000 sq. ft. of clear span exhibition area, which can be used separately or in conjunction with the Dome.

Welcome Court

Our new Welcome Court is 4,000 sq. ft. and the ideal venue for receptions, meetings, seminars and small shows. It also serves as the main entrance to the Fair and Expo Center.

Motor Sports Track

This exciting brand new facility is great for small vehicle racing or festival/concert events.

Grounds

Our outside areas and grounds can also be utilized for jamborees, festivals, flea markets, etc. It is the permanent annual site for the Monroe County Fair.
