Furthering its mission of promoting youth, The Monroe County Fair and Recreation Association, in partnership with Joanne Cercone Productions and with sponsorship from the Rochester Monroe County Youth Bureau and Eckerd Photo Express, has launched a new dance troupe called The FairKids TM. The purpose of The FairKids TM is to provide dance students, ages 12-16 from Monroe County, an opportunity to showcase their talents. Each and every dancer who participated in The FairKids TM auditions, held at the Monroe County Fairgrounds, gained valuable experience through competing in a professionally coached audition. We salute all the kids who participated!!!!! In order to maintain eligibility, each FairKid TM must maintain a C+ average in school.

Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Director of the FairKids TM. Her first experience on stage came at the age of 4, playing the adult lead role, as a little girl. Joanne continues through today, as an actor, dancer and singer.

As Executive Director / Producer of the Mrs. New York America Pageant, she is about to produce and celebrate its Silver Anniversary June 2001! In addition to being a two-time former Miss Rochester, and Miss New York State, Joanne has judged more than 300 pageants on all levels, including Miss USA and Miss America! She has been a professional model and instructor for 15 years, as well as a pageant trainer for all ages. Joanne has worked in print, commercial, runway and trade show modeling.

Joanne is a television & radio producer, and show host. She has also enjoyed being a guest on both local and national talk shows.

Victoria Bach-Fink, Choreographer

Victoria has been dancing for 25 years and is the proud owner of VARSITY Dance Company on Buffalo Road in Rochester, New York. Her students have won numerous first place, special and high score awards. In addition, her choreography has received special awards at the New York Dance Olympics, Star Power, Rochester Invitational and Dance Championships.

Now, in her second year as Choreographer for the Mrs. New York America Pageant, she is thrilled to have the opportunity of being the Choreographer for the Monroe County Fair Kids!

Lynn Wesley, Assistant Choreographer

Lynn has been dancing since the age of 13, and has performed in various venues, including musicals as a professional lead dancer. In addition, Lynn works as a professional runway and dance model for Barbara Dell Productions. She has competed in local and state level pageants as well.

Having earned her Bachelors Degree in Communications from SUNY Brockport in 1995, Lynn is an Assignment Editor for R-News, Time Warner Communications in Rochester.
